"The lady that checked us in at almost midnight was not welcoming. We’d been driving for 8 hours, get the hotel, and the few ladies that were there chit chatting completely ignored us, once we were finally acknowledged the lady said “Do you ladies need something?” That’s very unwelcoming, and extremely rude. The “free” breakfast needs to be explained better as well. Expedia advertises “FREE BREAKFAST” not “Free breakfast with purchase of voucher”. That’s false advertising and should be corrected. Bathrooms weren’t clean in the pool area or the room. "

"Super friendly staff, spacious room with fireplace, comfortable bed, great shower pressure. Breakfast is an extra cost but good variety of choices. We will stay here again. "

"Perfect location to access the lifts. We rented equipment (boots, skis, poles) downstairs at Elevate rental. We enjoyed the lobby bar and restaurants on site, too. "

"The rooms were small for the price point. I wish we had a fireplace. They put out snacks in a basket making it look like they were complimentary only to find out that I was charged 18.00 for beef jerky and other bars. The TV's were part of the mirror and kind of low and small. The hotel so nicely appointed and loved the restaurants and staff. The location was fabulous. I experience it once but will get a bigger place with a fireplace next time in Tellruide. Coffee shop was ok. Food was good in all 3 outlets. The 275.00 for a rollaway be was excessive. "
