Priced well below market rates for a 2 BR, providing massive savings through self-management.

We also offer pet-friendly accommodation with a $175 fee per stay, ensuring your furry friends have a comfortable and memorable stay with us.

The Space:
2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ski in/out condo at Telluride Mountain Lodge. With a dining area, fireplace, and private balcony, this 1,000 sq ft property comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and there's also a sofa bed.

Guest Access:
Dogs are allowed. There is a $175 charge (per my cleaning contract) that I cannot waive. The platform does not have a way to charge for that so please Venmo me to @kpreble if you bring your 4 legged member.

The condo location was perfect for my son and I. We had a short walk to the main lodge where we enjoyed having the bar and restaurant available as well as the hot tub.Mountain Village is so convenient with the gondola right next to the main Lodge and the shuttle service to the market right up the hill was an extra plus!

Great location

Great spot just a short walk from the Grocery store and gondola station. Grocery is like a mini whole foods and has most the options you need to stock up. Unit is older and needs some general but easy fixes. The kitchen needs some updating to the utensils and accessories. Refrigerator makes a loud noise almost like it is trying to make ice but doesn't. It will wake you up. Bathrooms need some deep cleaning, mold removal and new caulking. Living room floors need to have the transitions looked over as we had to hammer in finish nails to avoid cutting our feet or snagging socks. All in if these items were fixed we would stay again.
