The good: the location was great and the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. The not so great: there was a light outside shining all night in the bedroom window (we put a pan over it each night after the first), the kitchenware was quite lacking (all the Teflon was scraped and coming off the pans), there was no real coffee table or ottoman in front of the sofa so it was not very comfortable to sit and watch TV, the temperature was very hard to get right - it was really hot, much hotter than the thermostat indicated, so we'd turn it down to 60 and wake up freezing, there were a lot of pillows but they were all cheap polyfill so quite uncomfortable, and the unit had a tile floor that was very slippery when you entered wearing ski boots. We would stay at Ice House again but probably not the unit we were in.

BEST home away from home experience EVER!!
We got a free upgrade (thank you again!!) to this beautiful 2-bedroom unit with so much space and amazing view!! The room is spotless, extremely clean, and smells so fresh. We can’t find any flaws whatsoever. The kitchen is top notch. In fact, all the appliances, furnitures, bedding, EVERYTHING is top notch!! All the staff are also very courteous and helpful. We will DEFINITELY come back! :-)
