Lovely stay. Warm, welcoming and super helpful staff. Incredible panoramic views of the sunset. Nice apartment. Comfortable beds. A home from home. Thank you very much 😃

The room was a good size
Location is excellent. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and the bar staff did amazing cocktails. Very pleasant start, would definitely book again if I visit Toronto.

Very conveniently located for all major attractions and pickups for third party excursions. Room was spacious and clean and the staff always very courteous.

The Union Hotel is in a perfect location to visit the CN tower, Ripleys Aquarium, the railway museum, restaurants, etc. it’s also only a 5 minute walk from Union railway station for trains to the airport. The hotel is well appointed, very nice inside, felt safe and secure, and had good amenities. The toilets off the reception area can only be accessed by car key and were very clean. Also off reception was the Humble Donkey bistro. As we had booked breakfast included in our 2 night stay that’s...

This is a superbly run hotel. The reception staff are very efficient and intuitive to guest needs. This hotel
Has everything you could possibly need. Free light breakfast, tea coffee hot drinks, water machine, usb in room in case you forgot
Adaptors. The staff work very hard to keep this place in ship shape. The room was spotless. The staff are so friendly . As for other guests that can’t be helped unfortunately they were hosting a loud wedding party but one call to reception resolved the noise...

My hotel room was really nice, very smartly designed and the free drink from the mini bar was great. There is no reception though as everything is digital and they prefer you to walk in through the Bellis Cafe/Restaurant during its opening hours. I think the side door as a separate hotel entrance would be better as it feels strange bringing your suitcase through diners and people at the bar.
