"Staff was great and the room was a good size, perfect for us. The location was great as everything we wanted to see was at most a 25 min walk."

"We were only there for less than 12 hours. Staff we met were friendly, comfortable beds, room a good size. The only negative was the mould on the bathroom ceiling which could do with some attention."

"Our room was clean and cool upon arrival. The staff was very friendly. We purchased the breakfast buffet and it was great. It also allowed us to only have to eat out one meal per day. When we checked out our train did not leave until 5, they had locked lockers where we could put our luggage and return to pick it up later. Air conditioning in the room was a plus as it was still very hot."

"Good hotel. Seems like a budget option but was really nice actually. Reception and bar area really modern and staff super friendly. Room was really small but was fine for our needs as we were in Milan to explore. Bed comfy and nice shower. Good location as 15 min walk from central station and about 5 min walk to closest metros with great access to the centre of the city. I will use IBIS as an option for future trips"

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although it keeps an air of an old grand dame of the 1950s (decor), it has very contemporary touches (A/C, ceiling fan, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, kettle) and is very clean. The breakfast is generous and varied. The staff are all multilingual, very kind and helpful. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located just a block and a half from Milano Centrale train station. I completely recommend it."
