Very convenient location to bus terminal, major complaint would be lack of air conditioning on a very hot day and the windows could not be opened to get air flow. Restaurants and shopping are also easy walking distance

It was July and there is no AC, seriously uncomfortable. But, besides that everything was good. Close to the port if you're going on a cruise. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a large mall.

Stayed 3 nights before a cruise. Location is good - we were able to walk to the hotel from the Central Bus Station, and also walk to the cruise terminal. We are 73 and 78 and in good shape - had 2 suitcases and a backpack each. Walk is flat, but some bumpy areas. West Quay is within walking distance & has restaurants. Friday's & McDonald's are within a 3 minute walk. Very basic small hotel; 2 twin beds (comfortable); clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location very accessible to train bus and the boat pier. Walking distance to the high Street and the mall was fabulous. The carpet in the room was old and stained and smelt kind of musty.
