"The Plum Pad was awesome! We loved the screened in porch. We had coffee out there every morning and could watch the sunrise over the bay. Communication with the host was easy and got replies back quickly. Everything from the Plum Pad is just a short drive away, except for the beach which is right down the back path. We couldn't recommend a more relaxing and groovy place to stay!"

"Our family of 4 plus our dog enjoyed a one night stay while visiting family in the area. We loved Broadkill Beach, which is a 5 minute walk from the deck to the sand. Having the outdoor shower and washer/dryer was perfect after a sandy day. The house was well stocked to cook meals and the extra pillows and blankets came in handy. I especially loved the large shower off the master bedroom! We loved playing many games of Uno from the games provided and were cozy hanging out in the living room."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oceanfront beach house in Broadkill Beach! Waking up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise from our bedroom was the perfect way to start the day. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation.The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach with incredible views. The homeowner was wonderful to work with, communicated promptly, and made the entire rental process seamless.We made so many wonderful family memories here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend this home and look forward to booking it again in the future!"
