"Great location and steps to the beach for the family including our 80 mom. Great pet friendly property and neighborhood. We met a lot of friendly neighbors and visitors on or morning and evening walks with our dog. Nice fenced in yard as well. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay at such an amazing home."

"This spotless house was idyllic if you are hoping for a tranquil location with breathtaking sunrise views. It is situated right on the beach, so we were lucky enough to watch dolphins right from the dinner table the very first night we arrived! The house is fully stocked with cooking utensils, linens, blankets, pillows, along with tons of games and a lovely selection of reading materials. The views are fabulous from every aspect of the house including the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and decks. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, as are the couches in all the lounge areas. There was a kayak and a large paddle board for our use, along with life jackets, plenty of beach chairs and towels, and a wagon to tow it all. There was even chopped wood for a seaside campfire at night, which was a first for my family! And if you are a fan of bird watching, you won’t be disappointed as there was a huge assortment of birds that kept us entertained including hummingbirds, sandpipers, and ospreys just to name a few. There are quite a few stairs to climb, so my elderly mother had to take her time as stairs are difficult for her, but she said every step was well worth it as the views are fabulous. The owners are extremely conscientious of any concerns and replied within moments to our complete satisfaction. Overall, we loved every moment spent in this beautiful home and can’t wait to go back."

"Host was excellent!She was available if needed but not at all intrusive. The place was exactly as expected. This was a last minute short vacation for us and it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful private beach. Close to Lewes and Rehoboth. Even the dog enjoyed some sun/beach/relaxation! Highly recommend."

"Lisa's beach house provided our family with perfect accommodations for the week. The house and grounds were well-designed, fully stocked, and immaculate. Our only issue was trying to park two full size trucks on the tiny driveway without impeding traffic on the tiny road. Nonetheless, we are looking forward to a return visit next summer.The Costic Family"

"Dawn’s Cottage was just what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing week at the beach! The house was spotless when we arrived and very nicely outfitted including everything we needed to cook meals, freshly made ice, paper towels in the kitchen and even a hairdryer (which I forgot to bring). The best part was coming out to the bright main room in the morning for a cup of coffee and the stars at night. Beach access was easy and the beach itself felt very private, plus dogs are allowed on Broadkill Beach which is not always the case with other nearby beaches. Great property and great hosts!"
