"Great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. Not an Ocean View from the room unless you are standing on the balcony, but it is advertised as such. Room was clean, but rather small, good TV with ability to change sources to enable access for plugging in your streaming devices etc. Extremely friendly ..."

"Upon check in we found that the screen door to the patio was not on the track and the bottom of the screen was torn. The next morning the ceiling was leaking water from the unit above into our bathroom and the ceiling tiles were ready to burst as they were filled with water. I do not recommend this ..."
