"My guests and I repeated many times throughout our stay, “Wow, they are super hosts!” You know how sometimes you forget to bring salt for the breakfast meal, or body wash for the shower? The house was stocked with all the essentials and then some. Very comfortable place. We very much enjoyed our short stay."

"Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! I only wish we could stay longer. We got a late start but check in was seamless. The space was spotless, warm, well decorated, and inviting with so many thoughtful touches and amenities. We were greeted with a kind note from the host, detailed instructions, local recommendations, and a gift of delicious honey from their hive. We arrived after dark but the next morning I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful backyard gazebo set against a backdrop of peaceful farm land. We were a short drive to beaches, food, and entertainment without being in the busy tourist area. My mother sat out on the deck in the morning drinking her coffee. My 7 year old son enjoyed the games available in the garage. Less than a day into our stay and we were already talking about coming back. We even took advantage of the firepit on our last night and had s'mores. I'm so grateful to our hosts for such a lovely experience. A much needed escaped before heading back to school next week. Clean, safe, family friendly, and a wonderful host."

"Overall an excellent place stay! House was very roomy and a 2 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Lots of distinct spaces for multiple families. Deck was perfect for grilling and hanging out. Outdoor shower was super convenient, and garage had beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, bikes. A few maintenance issues that could use a look - oven door doesn't close so couldn't really be used and many of the lights flickered. Could definitely use a deep clean. Socks came up black after walking around, couch was covered in dog hair, and ceiling fans were filthy. In addition to bed/bath linens, be sure to bring your own toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish towels, paper towels. This property is managed through a seperate company, so you end up needing a non-vrbo app to get your information. Never figured out how to reach out to management."

"We had such a great stay this weekend. This was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed—everything felt fresh, spotless, and really well taken care of.Richard, the host, was awesome—super friendly and easy to communicate with, but also gave you plenty of space. He met us upon arrival and made sure we were settled in. The place itself was quiet, spacious, with a private balcony overlooking a gorgeous fountain, and just beautifully put together. You can tell a lot of thought went into the inn. The gardens, the artwork, the furnishings, everything was high quality and tasteful. Plus, it had everything we needed, which made the whole stay easy and relaxing.The location is also perfect. It’s a short drive to the beach, and you can either enjoy the town of Milton or use it as a home base to explore nearby spots like Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes, and Rehobeth. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The property is located walking distance from "downtown", is.5 miles from FoodLion, and only 30-40 minutes from the beach (depending on traffic jams) . Plan on renting linen/towel service or bring your own. Nice quaint setup. Old fashion house -- which I love. Only 1 bathroom located on 2nd floor, but is adequate for short stay. Nice bedrooms, and comfy sitting room on 2nd floor. Overall, nice. Some plugs need updating. Backyard is accessible and PRIVATE. Off street parking. Road is a bit busy. I would stay here again! Wifi good. Door code access given day of checkin."

"Really lovely home, one of the best rental home kitchens with everything you'd need. Upstairs/downstairs paired parents and kids rooms provides an excellent layout for two families, especially young children who need to be on the same floor as parents. Really easy walk to the beach - quiet, beautiful setting. Would recommend!"
