"Our host, Joshua, was fantastic! He communicated everything necessary in a timely manner and the few times I had a question, he responded within minutes and was warm and welcoming always. The house was lovely and comfortable. It felt very spacious while also feeling cozy. My son definitely enjoyed having his own “apartment” on the second floor. That’s its own space with a bed, bathroom and living area with a TV and a door to close yourself off from the downstairs. He was in heaven. The yard was lush and green and huge. We could have played a football game on it. And there was a very nice patio out back with a grill, a fire pit and a table and chairs.The area is great! We loved the beach, it was beautiful, and the trail near the house. And we found some great paces to eat nearby.All-in-all it was a great trip and we will definitely be returning to Lewes and Joshua’s Coastal Cottage."

Town of Lewes or Rehobeth is close by, as well. The house is in a shady tree lined neighborhood. It was very clean and nicely appointed. We didn’t do any cooking there but sleeping, showering and relaxing at night was perfect."
