Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

Bedroom 1: King; Bedroom 2: King; Bedroom 3: 1 twin; Bonus area: 1 full bed.

Las Marinas is perfectly placed and equipped for vacation! Whether we stayed in for a movie night or slept in late for a lazy day my sister and I along with our teenagers were comfortable in the living room or in the spacious bedrooms. We had everything we needed there and more!

Our stay was fine. We did not spend a lot of time at the condo, as we had family staying beachfront a mile away. The unit was comfortable and the limited supplies were adequate but the description should be more accurate as the room with twin beds is what you walk through to get to the other two rooms. Also, the shower in the main room is pretty broken (sliding door) and could use fixing. The unit is quiet and the main bedroom is dark so it was great for putting my young children to bed early! They had fun fishing off the piers into the bay as well. Easy to access stores and shops and beach.

The room set up was perfect. All common spaces (including two small balconies) were on one side of entry and 3 bedrooms (two with queens perfect for adults or couples, one with a double and two twins perfect for kids to share) were on the other. Other than a packet of laundry soap, stuff to wash dishes and hotel style bathroom supplies (but less towels), there is nothing in terms of pantry staples. Bring it all. H‑E‑B in Port Isabel was about 10 min from here. Could have been cleaner. Seems like only what’s visable was cleaned but bedding was stained, couch hasn’t been vacuumed (sand and pet hair), and floor needs a good scrub. Otherwise we felt very comfortable here.

My family & I had a really great stay.

Everything was great. Rooms were clean. Appliances worked perfectly TVs in every room was a huge plus. Kitchen could have used a few more pots and pans but we’re a cooking family so maybe it’s good enough for others. Beds could have been better, for what we pay mattresses could have been more comfortable. They were clean just everyone woke up with backs hurting.

Loved the condo, the location and the facilities. The place was amazing, nicely decorated super comfortable beds and huge TVs in every room. Views were stunning and the kitchen well stocked. We couldn't have asked for more!

Great spot on the water. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to make the stay nice. Boat slip was a little hard to get in with a 19 ft boat but was perfect at the end of a day on the water.
