"Uncomfortable beds and pillows in room. Air conditioning not working properly in room due to air filter being dirty and not replaced in a timely manner. Casino air conditioning not working properly as well, too warm inside."

We were pleased to enjoy a Wednesday night social reception of soup and salad which was unexpected and also wonderful. The staff was polite and helpful. Our room was clean and HUGE!! And the bed and pillows were perfect. Enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed in building 3. I learned each building is not the same. Had some friends in building 6 with no issues. Walls extremely thin. Anytime someone took a shower it sounded like a plane flying and the pipes squeal. I woke up to the lady next door throwing up. I heard word for word conversations through the walls. I called the property 3 times. Spoke to 2 managers both saying they would call me back. Neither did. Third time I called was the original manager I spoke to, who finally resolved all my issues with the stay. "
