"The Hotel Housekeeping staff is awful, does not work! I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and they never clean the room, was a shame! I went to the reception to file the complain but they did not resolve anything. The reception staff is not very friendly."

"Checks in was confusing pool is over crowded and not enough space and ppl lineup an hour before opening. Difficult but lovely property "

"Had to park on the 7th level in parking garage. I wanted a lower level room, she said there would be an additional charge for that, waited a hour and a half to check in. Margarita ville no longer open. Our room on the 18th floor air conditioner did put out enough cool air. Didn’t like the stay."

"Absolutely love, the welcome and being greeted once checked in. I love the room that I would put at had an excellent view of the strip. It was very up-to-date. Definitely love the room and the vibe of the room. But my favorite part was definitely the view from the room of the strip. With this last experience, I will definitely be booking here again, hoping to get the same treatment. Definitely made for a memorable trip. "
