"Upon arrival there are no staff too greet you or hep you check in it is a completely automated system that has many flaws with no direction. The machine one the side takes tap pay but the service won’t work unless you have a physical card so the tap pay is essentially useless and if you don’t know that soon arrival your absolutely screwed if you don’t have your physical card. Luckily we did but that’s besides the point. Once you finally figure out how to Check in without any help from staff, you have to wait around for upwards 15 minutes for Your room to be “ready” so after a long flight that BLOWS. I will definitely be staying somewhere else next time"

"Property was a confusing maze. From the parking to the elevators, which one takes me where. Difficulty when trying to get out of parking structure. Took a long time for staff to respond to phone when calling. No microwave sucks. "
