"The location was perfect!! View of the ocean and use of the front deck overlooking the water was beautiful! Place was clean, property was well maintained. I will say that our bed was not very comfortable at all. It was a bit disappointing as we didn’t sleep well. Other then that it was a lovely stay"

"Made reservation and paid via Expedia for one night to attend our daughter's senior event at URI. Checked in and room was sub-par (exposed conduit, wires pulling out from wall, old bedding). Toilet had zero flush pressure and would not even flush small amount of paper. Called front desk about toilet and was told, "it's just a slow-flush toilet; you'll need to hold the handle down.".
