"After a full day of walking what a treat the Station House was! Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, the use of the common room, a informative book about the property and local suggestions as well as a cafe of delicious food."

"Lovely staff and great food. We felt very looked after."

"Great accommodation and location "

"Great hosts, great stay"

"Very friendly guest house, many returnees met at breakfast"

"The main reason for my 2 star rating was the unacceptable noise at night. Sounded like a immersion heater or similar going beserk. It was like trying to sleep next to a jet engine. I was in room 2. I left very early as it was so bad, I just couldn't stand the noise. The hotel wasn't too bad, but ifyou can't sleep what's the point of staying? Not recommended. I'm glad it was only one night."

"Very nice place to stay at"

"Great stay, visited due to a business trip and took the family, the location was great and room was a decent size, very clean and great hosts (unobtrusive and friendly)"
