Upon arrival, the code to enter the unit was not working and the host appeared on the ring camera to give me a new code. Upon entering, all the vents in the unit were closed and the air conditioner was not working. After FaceTiming the host 2 times, the AC was still not working. I lived in downtown Austin a few years ago so I’m familiar with the areas and neighborhoods and specifically chose this spot so my family and I could walk to south congress easily. This cute bungalow is only a few blocks away from SOCO but is also on a quiet, family/dog friendly block.
