"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that you can relax in the central yard. Very unique bathrooms and the room has a fridge. I would definitely stay here again. Plus, it is right next to SeeCreatures!"

"It is a great property to entertain the entire family. Food was good (some restaurants were better than others) but overall we were satisfied with the food. The room was clean but we had a first level room and there were quite a few mosquitoes so do bring bug repellent. Some towers don’t have elevators so if you bring lots of luggage or bigger items (stroller) be ready to use the stairs. Pools were great and there were plenty of lounge chairs. "
"Overall the experience at an all inclusive was fantastic. The food, drinks and rooms were all very great. Would have wished that the two rooms I booked would have been closer to each other.
Transportation to and from the airport was the only thing that was horrible experience.

"Not enough restaurants choices for the foods. Bed was fine the internet was kinda slow at times. I rented a car so I was fine. I had to take a UBER back to the airport because the times that the shuttle left wouldn’t work for me. The private taxis to the airport were way too expensive."

"Just a beautiful hotel. It’s enormous but golf carts are at the ready to move you around the property anytime and although you can’t swim in the ocean at this particular hotel, free daily shuttles are available to transport to and from its nearby sister hotels where the ocean is safe and accessible. It was an accidental reservation and ended up being the best “oopsie”
