"Service was amazing"

"We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, there were many options at breakfast from fresh fruit to cereal. We were staying with a 7 month old and they provided us with a travel cot and baby chair for breakfast. Not really a complaint but the bed was pretty hard and we did have to ask for a top up of the tea / coffee / milk in our room as they do give bare minimum, but other than that it was a perfect stay, they booked us a water taxi for returning to Marco Polo airport free of charge and one of the staff members showed us the way to Rialto and helped with our luggage, thanks so much!! Highly recommend."

"We loved our charming rooms at Splendid. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family of four with teens. The staff are all super friendly and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. While water taxis can be pricey, cruising through Venice along the Grand Canal is a spectacular experience that’s well worth it."
