"My family found the lodge to be clean and tidy. The only negative experience was the lack of consistent wifi connection. The connection was very unstable which meant that we were unable to watch any streaming services. I am not sure if this was a issue with the Lodge or with how the site organised its wifi provision."

"I have tried to contact you several times...the host informed me that they asked you to remove their property from your site several times...this was after i booked it...i then had to book thru a different site,so basically paid twice...i would like a full refund from yourselves...its completely unacceptable that you cant be contacted about this... absolutely disgusted with your site and service and i would recommend that nobody uses your site for any trips!!!"

"This property is exactly as described, it is large and spacious and really nicely furnished. The large outdoor space and pond are really nice views and give a real sense of privacy. We took 2 large dogs as well as 4 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough room. It is a great property in a good location and we had a really enjoyable stay"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Sands apartment. It was a nice area with lovely views looking out to north beach. We stayed in a duplex apartment on the ground floor and felt the bedrooms were a bit small and cramped. Not enough storage space eg. No chest of drawers in the main bedroom and only 10 hangers between two adults. We lived out our cases. The outside patio area and chairs were filthy and not cleaned for our arrival. "Had a wonderful stay at the bike and boot with our doggie. Room was a lovely size with a sofa, dressing table, mini fridge and coffee machine. A lovely little touch was a mat for willow and a toy. Only thing we can say negative is the bathroom blind was seethrough. So we put a towel up. Really enjoyed our stay. "
