"Room, shower and bed were fine. Very confusing to find your room as poor signage. Awkward auto sign in, reception is better."

"This hotel is advertised as having EV charging, but it has only 2 slow Chargers for the entire hotel. The pool was full and we were told we would get a call when space became available, but 3 hours later we never had a call back. A booking system would have been better. The most disappointing thing however was that this hotel did not have any air conditioning!"

"Very good staff, as so often with Hilton. Really good barman, handsome too! He made a great Martini and the food there was very good. I had a ploughman’s which was HUGE and delicious. It’s actually a stunning building, beautiful to look at and very calm. It was incredibly quiet in the room, maybe I got lucky, but good dark curtains and nice sheets, pillows and towels. However, there wasn’t a single phone charging device in the whole hotel or in the room, which is mad. I was travelling between homes when my flight was cancelled and I had to leave my phone at reception to be charged. Inconvenient. Staff were very nice about it, but couldn’t help. I think the exterior spaces and the carpet in the room could have been cleaner, but for an airport hotel with that much traffic it really wasn’t that bad and the look of the place is quite inspiring. I would stay there again if I am in the same position."
