Nice room with friendly staff
I arrived very early in the morning by bus. The more was no store opened yet, the receptionist kindly accepted early check in. (It was very early indeed.) I was lucky to be able to take a nap at the hotel. This may not happen during high season, but I appreciate flexibility that the hotel offered. The hotel is located next to a new mall where you can buy Starbucks or some western chain food. 10 min walk from pub street, not so loud. Nice place.

overall it is ok but the breakfast menu is the same through out the year i guess. been staying there for 3 weeks and the menu never changed. Oh ya, my phone couldn't get connected to their wifi though. i get connection at other places. could be some incompatible setting

Refresh and sustain lovely big room very firm mattress but pillows heavenly, great swimming pool even if an aromatherapy massage in the parlor and a game of snooker near the pool the included breakfast was fantastic

Great choice
Hotel room was very nice but bed was very firm. Breakfast buffet was great and had good selection of local foods. Location was central to many restaurants and shops. We found a Tuk Tuk driver outside the hotel door who we negotiated with to transport us for entire stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

A good hotel in a good location
Good hotel, comfortable and on excellent location for Siem Reap. However the Wi-fi was very flaky and I was a bit disappointed that the room did not have a view, There were also a couple of electricity power downs.

Well maintained hotel
Everything is really great except airport pick up & drop off service. After my booking it was confirmed by the hotel management that they will arrange an airport pick up but no one showed up on my arrival. Same story at the time of drop off as it was not arranged and reception staff has no clue whatsoever.

Not a Nice Hotel
Everything about this hotel is bad except for the breakfast. The A/C does not work - the fan runs but does not cool at all. Bathroom and toilet are filthy, leaky and outdated. Room cleaning service is bad. The hotel location is nice, and staff are mostly friendly. The management is a bit rude. The 1-way (in or out) to airport taxi service was included in our reservation, but was denied.

Renovations were noisy
Unfortunately under heavy renovations, so jackhammers and dust were a problem. Broken kettle, wifi hardly works. Otherwise a nice grand hotel with charm in a perfect location.

We reserved two rooms and email hotel about having two rooms together where we can open doors to each other since we are traveling with two young children. They confirmed and when we got there, we did have two rooms next to each other but no doors so we all end up in one room instead. They did not have anything else according to the front desk. Since, room was already paid for, we could not get refund for the other room so the other room was stood there for the next 5 nights empty. Sad!

Convenient hotel for a short stay
The staff is extremely nice, very pleasant. The hotel is old, breakfast is good. As for location, it is a nice walk to pub street. As well, tuk-tuks are everywhere.

The best experience
The staff were well trained and helpful, great customer service. Location is the best in the town center. Breakfast was great and full of choices. Room was spacious, comfortable with nice view. The price is affordable. We will be back for sure.

Good located hotel
We are returned guests to this hotel. What we liked the most are friendly staff, location, swimming pool, and room. The staff treated us as family and they always greeted us with smiles. They always called us by names as we've stay here many times already. The swimming was great and clean. The hotel remembered well our special request that we always prefer for the room with view to the city. Totally, Angkor Holiday is still our preferred hotel in Siem Reap for the next trip.

Great location and friendly staffs.
This hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. Price of the room was reasonable including great buffet breakfast.

Sleeping with mosquitos! Most miserable experience we've had! We woke up with so many bites!! It's an older hotel with a good location, but you can find much better that are nicer and cleaner.

Rooms are large and the location is close to the night market and Angkor Wat, but you can do better than this hotel. It's an older hotel that needs work. First day we arrived the toilet in our room didn't work so we changed rooms. Our first and second room both had mosquitos in them. Wish we brought a mosquito net because my husband and I were eaten alive. We had so many bites! It was terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Excellent place for tourists.
Friendly and helpful staff. Our overnight stay was satisfactory but given enough time exploration of the downtown would be a double plus for the hotel which is strategically positioned by the lake, market and center of the city. Breakfast Buffet offered a wide variety of international foods. A great deal for our buck.

“Hotel has the best location in town”
We recently stayed at the Angkor Holiday hotel for 01night in Siem Reap! The hotel was very pleasant - rooms were big and comfortable - good aircon and Free Wi-Fi in the room, Lovely swimming pool, pool area and Breakfast is also very nice and a lot of variety to eat, The staff is very friendly, Service is good, staff so helpful and spoke perfect English,The location of the hotel is so good, Super market is just opposite the hotel, also very close to a variety of bars and restaurants in "Pub Street" also nice with all types of food available and trongly recommend this hotel to every tourist visiting Siam Reap and I would definitely stay here again.

Siem Reap Experience
Hotel iis well-situated, walking distance of 12 -15 minutes to night time activity. Facility is clean and well maintained. Rate has good-value for your money, although if one stays for 4 days --- the morning buffet becomes a little boring. Everywhere on the streets, English may be broken when spoken by locals, but is understood. It is very tourist friendly. I may want to revisit this place again in 5 years.

Not a "suite" experience
Suite has two large rooms, but not a lot of table space to place belongings except on the floor. No hair dryer, tissues or bottle opener in room. Air conditioning and temp control switch needed repair one evening. Shower door handle fell off and was not replaced/fixed during our stay. Shower water temp was sometimes just warm at best. Only place to put soap and shampoo was on the floor. Breakfast was not at a 4 star hotel standard. Overall a disappointing "suite" experience and far from an expected romantic 4 day stay. I'd definitely recommend the nearby Somadevi Hotel for overall quality and experience.

We 8 persons, stay in this hotel for 5 days, enjoy very friendly and good service of their staff. Most of our team members love the breakfast most. It's location to centrial market and pub-street is very convenince also. One of the pity is we failed to get non-smoking room. One of our team member have to change the room due to the smell.

The hotel is rather luxurious, within reasonable walking distance to Old Market (esp for those who wish to explore), where the tourists are, and near other attractions such as Royal Residences and Angkor National Museum. The hotel room I got was big for a single person and the staff are friendly.
