Great mini break at Fernhill Hotel
We had a great stay at Fernhill. Special mention for all the staff who were very attentive and friendly whilst being professional. Fantastic views and very good food. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a break in this part of the world

Best 3 star hotel ever.
What a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. Nice spacious clean room and a lovely breakfast. This hotel has a nice location and surrounded with beautiful walks and eating places. Best 3 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We will definitely go back.

Disappointng.
Pleasant staff.Stuck in the 80s. No room service. Phones not working. One small bottle of water in double occupancy room. Trouser press not working. Toilet seat broken. Balcony/patio needs a jet wash. Large stain on wall above radiator. Very poor quality toilet tissue. Shower head mouldy. Small pillows and no extras. No cushions for pation chairs. One packet of small biscuits in double occupancy room. No information in room - such as restaurant times, breakfast, times, TV instructions, menu and prices. Breakfast ok but no mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns on offer. Orange juice poor quality.
