Overall, the beds were comfortable (albeit slightly too soft for our liking) and we slept well. "My stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and I was never informed about this before my arrival. Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and rest. When I asked for a fan, I was told they had all been taken and none were available. If I had known there was no air conditioning, I would have chosen a different hotel. Guests should be clearly informed about this before booking, especially during the summer months. This...

"Great staff. Convenient shuttle to Disney. Air Conditioning! Its centrally controlled, so fixed at 20 degrees, but if you'd like it a little lower, just ask at the front desk.
Shopping Mall within 5 mins walk. Amazing restaurants and courtyard with outside eating. Flavours from around the world. Good sports bar too.
Convenient to Chessy train station if you take the Disney shuttle.
Laundry on site. Pool lovely."
