Staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged our airport transfers and suggested restaurants and things to do in Cefalu..Check-in instructions were very clear. Breakfasts were on the top floor with good views. Nice selection with a hot and cold buffet. Comfortable bed, good shower and selection of toiletries.

Great location, very clean rooms, beds comfortable and staff very attentive. Property secure and safe. Breakfast and lunch menu very good but no real dinner menu which is the only downside but that’s not a problem there’s plenty of excellent restaurants on your door step.

Not walking distance into town but shuttle service is good. Unfortunately the shuttle finishes at 6.30pm. Food options limited not what I’d expect from 4* hotel

This hotel is a beautiful escape from the noisiness and business of Palermo. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and unique. The courtyard around the hotel is so peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

There are three key things that made our stay here so enjoyable. Firstly, it is a beautiful, boutique hotel with an attention to detail in the stylish, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Secondly, we hadn’t quite realised how perfectly placed the location of the hotel was. Just what we were looking for. Good traditional accommodation with a fabulous terrace. Lovely central location with many of the historical sites within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Would recommend if you are looking for something more traditional.

Premises are modern and immaculate. Staff try hard to make you feel at home. Lovely breakfast selection. Breakfast area available to visitors at all times to enjoy refreshments, a complimentary local liquor and read some of the tourist books available. brilliant experience - a lovely vibe in this b and b efficient but relaxed. the staff are great - really pleasant, helpful informative and interesting people themselves. very caring. Beautiful property and friendly staff. Our room looked out over the water and marina with Palermo in the background. Such a peaceful setting to enjoy your breakfast in the morning.

Stay at the Alma hotel for 2 nights. Room was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, clean & bathroom with a shower. Room comes with a mini bar with soft drinks, water which are free to have. We also were given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel location is great, easy walk to all the attractions & dining spots. Would definitely recommend.
