### Eden Villas by the sea, adult pool, heated children's pool, private spa, 26 beds

The three villas, two completely renovated recently and a third completed in 2021, can only be rented jointly and together with external services; they are located a few minutes from the center of Cefalù, near the beach of Gorgo Lungo.  
They are surrounded by large green spaces allowing their guests a pleasant, quiet and relaxing atmosphere.  
The large, bright rooms equipped with all comforts: independent air conditioning system, satellite television.  
Outside there is a large garden equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, two swimming pools (with protective barrier) usable from March to November and on request also in winter: one for adults mt. 8x16 with depth up to 2.40 meters (the largest private pool in the area) and one for children mt. 4x6, 0.70 meters deep (heated), which being equipped with a whirlpool can also be used by adults.  
From the end of 2023 the structure will be equipped with a private Spa, with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, heated Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, relaxation area, with dedicated staff and at a cost of Euro 100 per hour.  
​The smaller pool can be heated only with a minimum notice of one week, and an extra contribution of Euro 200 per week to be paid upon arrival).  
Free internal parking.  
The first two Villas on the first floor have 2 bedrooms each, with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and 1 bathroom each, on the ground floor kitchen-dining-living room with bathroom; additional single sofa beds for a total of 11 beds and 4 bathrooms.  
The third Villa on the ground floor is divided into 3 independent units consisting of kitchen, bedroom with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and bathroom with shower, while on the first floor there is a fourth unit with kitchen, 2 bedrooms. bed with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and 2 bathrooms with shower;  
possibility of additional single sofa beds for a total of 15 beds and 5 bathrooms. So a total of 26 beds are available in this property in 9 bedrooms, with 9 bathrooms and 6 kitchens.  
10 bicycles are available for guests;  
Possibility to organize:  
\- typical Sicilian menu with the help of a qualified Chef;  
\- evening with Sicilian dances and music;  
\- excursions by boat for hire also with skipper;  
\- horseback riding in the woods.  
Possibility to participate in:  
\- Italian cooking course;  
\- pottery course;  
\- sailing course;  
\- riding course;  
\- harvest (August / September);  
\- olive harvest (October / November);  
\- fishing trip with lunch on the boat;  
Wednesdays and Saturdays in the surrounding market of local fruit and vegetables and food and wine.  
Free Wifi.  
The cost of linen, utilities, air conditioning is not included in the rental price, so it is to be paid cash on arrival Euro 999 up to 7 days, plus add Euro 145 per day.  
The deposit paid at the time of booking (25% of the rental cost) in case of cancellation by the tenant will be returned by the owner only if the property is booked again at the same price for the same period.  
In the case of cancellation linked to the Covid-19 emergency, a credit equal to the deposit already paid can be recognized to be used for a new booking within the following year.  
The traveler can still purchase an insurance policy that reimburses the deposit paid in case of cancellation of the reservation.

#### Absolutely wonderful place and host

The host Benedetto was so welcoming and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. He hooked us up with a private chef who came and cooked us classic sicilian food one evening. We were a total of 14 people aged between 3 and 67. The pool area and the houses suited us perfectly. Short distance to the beach and train station and the place has bicycles for free use. We couldnt have been more pleased with the compound or with Benedetto, will defenetly come back.

#### Anazing space, great pools and close to a train station!

The three houses were plenty big enough, so many room options for multiple people. The place was mostly very clean and surrounded by lemon trees. The pools were really great and one of them is HUGE. Having the bicycles was a brilliant add on as you needed one to pop to the local supermarket. There is a beach a couple of mins walk down the road but I wouldn't say it was a family friendly lounging beach, more of a pleasant walk and quick exercise swim. We were there in May and there was not much open but there is a great train station a couple of minutes walk away which goes all along the north coast. We visited Cefalu several times (a very beautiful town!). The villa owner was extremely responsive and thoughtful. Nothing was an issue. There were 15 of us total and it was a glorious couple of weeks. We also used the spa/massage which was a lovely addition to the trip. You can walk 15/20 mins walk to various restaurants but do check if they're open first. This may be because the month of May is just generally quite. The views from the poolside were beautiful and we would return. Thank you Benedetto!!

#### It was a good stay and friendly host

We enjoyed our time and thought Bennedetto an excellent host. It felt a little rushed in the morning to get us out before our checkout time, and that was a little annoying. But there was rain coming and they were trying to wash all the sheets, so it was understandable. The property was excellent and the pool and villas were 5 stars. The mattresses and pillows are what you might find at a solid 3 star hotel (but not at a 4 star hotel). If you need a good mattress, like a few in our party, that might be the only concern. But they were great for the kids. Just not great for the adults. Same issue with some of the pillows. The distance to the beach was wonderful, and the bikes were very fun and made for some late night rides to the ocean. Again, I would recommend this place for anyone trying to stay somewhere close to Cefalu but in a bit quieter location, away from all the tourists.

We had a superb stay at the villa to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our company, taking current and former staff there for a week. Benedetto was the ultimate host, responsive and supportive, and the setting was superb. We enjoyed both staying in the villa and touring the locality, from the beach and culture in Cefalu to wine tasting in the mountains. #### Excellentes prestations à un emplacement idéal.

Cet ensemble de 3 villas est idéal pour les groupes. Le coin des 2 piscines est magnifique et spacieux. Des jeux pour enfants sont prévus ainsi qu'une balançoire. Le jardin autour des villas est très beau, et nous avons pu profiter pleinement des odeurs des nombreux orangers sur place. La proximité avec Cefalù, les grands axes de la Sicile et la gare de Tascali est un vrai plus ! Pour finir, merci à Benedetto qui a sû s'adapter à notre arrivée et notre départ très tôt le matin. #### Wonderful Stay

Benedetto was a gracious host, and we would book here again. Great location close to Cefalu, train stations, restaurants, grocery, and many lovely villages. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was so relaxing. The villa was secure and had plenty of parking.

Es war trotz aller Umstände mit dem Covid 19 Virus ein toller Urlaub auf Sizilien. Sehr charmante Gegend auch wenn nicht alles perfekt ist.

Soggiorno indimenticabile. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Struttura da cinque stelle con tutti i confort. Appena arrivati non credevamo ai nostri occhi, un vero paradiso. Se dovessimo ritornare certamente sceglieremo queste ville.

#### Great house on great location!

We had a great stay in Benedetto s house! We were with two families with small children. The 2 pools were perfect for all of us! The house has everything you need, with a lot of privacy. We loved to go by bike to do groceries, a small trip with the children or going to the beach just a few minutes away by bike! The house was perfect and we enjoyed a lovely dinner cooked by the chef! All in all a very relaxing holiday!

#### Tolle Woche im November

Wir waren mit 2 Familien bei Benedetto zu Gast. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind richtig toll. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und die vielen Orangenbäume waren voller reifer Früchte. Die beiden Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und absolut unkompliziert. Wir können diese Villas auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

#### Bello l'impatto con il verde ,la semplicità delle case e l'accoglienza degli esterni .

Vacanza molto rilassante .Le piscine hanno avuto un ruolo importante . Le case sono fresche e ben servite di tutto il necessario.Un po' di strada per il mare ,ma è servita da passeggiata . L'acqua pulita e la spiaggia non affollata. Comodità esterne che ci hanno permesso relax serale Unico andicap le zanzare che nel pomeriggio disturbavano ,ma la sera scomparivano. Grande disponibilità da parte di Benedetto il proprietario. Ho apprezzato molto il silenzio .Tornati rigenerati!

Empfehlenswert, sehr schöne, grosszügige Anlage. Grosser Pool. Sauber. Küche gut eingerichtet, Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Nahe Meer, 5-10Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Würden das Haus wieder mieten.

#### Fantastisk semesterbostad nära havet

Vi var två familjer som bodde i villorna och hade en fantastisk vecka! Husen var väl utrustade och hade allt man kunde behöva. Poolområdet var jättefint och fräscht. Vi gillade även uteköket och den mysiga matplatsen där alla fick plats! Närheten till havet är också en fördel. Vi var mest vid stranden närmast huset där vattnet var jätteklart och fint och man var i det närmaste själv på stranden. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe för en lugn och skön semestervecka.

#### A modern take on Eden's paradise

Bob H (Sweden) We were two families (4 adults, 4 children) who spent a warm (>32°C) week in this amazing property. Benedetto was a most welcoming and attentive host, and the two houses were in great shape and spacious. The swimming pool/garden area is a dream for those who love swimming, and considering the high temperatures we spent a lot of time in this area. Never before have we experienced swimming by moonlight/starlight at 11.30pm - a magical moment to be treasured forever. The local beach is just 2 min walk and allows for a saltier swim. Benedetto was kind enough to organize for a fantastic chef, Sebastiano, who together with his wife came to the house and made us a 5-course authentic Sicilian meal, which was the culinary highlight of the week. Within short driving distance there are good supermarkets, ice cream shops (Lascari), sightseeing in Cefalu (the cathedral is awesome) and great beaches with good evening restaurants (Campo Felice). The surrounding coastline is stunning and full of places to explore. We would thoroughly recommend this property as a holiday destination.

#### Great place to stay! Quiet area, spacious garden and everything you need closeby

We had a great time at Benedetto's villa's. In real life it looks even better than the pictures on the website. The 2 homes have comfortable beds, aircondition in every room, a bathroom with shower on each floor, and the big one has a fully equiped kitchen. But we were outside most of the time enjoying the sunny terrace, the barbecue and the pools. The main pool is huge and the separate kids pool was very popular with our kids. The supermarket is around the corner. Don't expect too much of the beach at the end of the road, but it's only a 5 minute drive to Salinelle beach (Via del Mare) with a sunny bar and a nice restaurant. And a 12 minute drive to Cefalù, a lovely town with cosy streets, a relaxed beach vibe and plenty of places get a drink or diner. We'll be back!

#### Två fina hus i en fantastisk miljö med fräscha egna pooler och närhet till havet

Vi hade en underbar vecka och stortrivdes verkligen. Husen hade allt man kan behöva och var fräscha och rena. Till det kom ett underbart poolområde med en stor pool och en lite mindre. Här tillbringade vi många sköna timmar. Havet ligger också bara en kort promenad bort med lång strand och gott om utrymme. Vi hyrde också en privat kock en kväll i h det var en oförglömlig upplevelse, gott och mysigt. Mr Benedetto är jätte serviceminded och månade verkligen om att vi skulle ha det bra. Casa meravigliosa e accoglienza super! Gli spazi esterni sono molto belli e curati, a partire dalle piscine che sono molto ben tenute e immerse in uno spazio verde molto rilassante, con un bel frutteto che nella stagione giusta regala prelibatezze della terra. Abbiamo sfruttato molto il bbq e la zona del tavolo all'aperto per meravigliosi pasti rinfrescati dall'ombra e allietati dalla vista sulle montagne delle madonie. Anche gli interni non sono da meno con due camere da letto al piano superiore di ciascuna casa; la cucina è molto ben fornita, anche di piccoli elettrodomestici. Siamo stati comodamente in 6 adulti e 3 bambini. Il proprietario Benedetto ci ha accolti con grande simpatia e disponibilità. La casa non è isolata pur essendo molto tranquilla. Consigliata la macchina per la spesa e per visitare Cefalù e gli altri paesi intorno. Un grazie di cuore a Benedetto. Daniela
