Kind, helpful staff, beautiful clean affordable room, convenient location. Everything I needed for a beautiful visit to Sicily!

Our first room was small, window looked onto a brick wall, hair and ants in the bathroom. Stephania at the front desk was responsive and helpful, moving us into a different, clean room. Still, that first room was the impression we left with

I honestly loved the bungalows we stayed in, felt like a high end experience even though the signature stay is a better experience but we truly loved our room and the staff was so nice and the buffet was amazing didn't really need to experience the other restaurants and the bar in the lobby was amazing

Location was great, so was the breakfast and hotel staff. Room does need better lighting/illumination [it is quite dark with current level of lighting] + needs a mirror in the room. There is only one mirror provided in the bathroom.

It was a lovely stay; we enjoyed the property very much. The staff was extremely helpful. Beautiful grounds, pool and views. Food was delicious. We would definitely return.

It was a lovely stay; we enjoyed the property very much. The staff was extremely helpful. Beautiful grounds, pool and views. Food was delicious. We would definitely return.

The only drawback is that it is far from the main town centre and there are no shops around to buy snack or food items

Beautiful grounds and pool. Beach disappointing, but quiet. Music every evening went on too late, near hotel rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffets excellent, but very difficult to get to anywhere else to dine as shuttle returned to hotel at 6pm. Hire car would be useful, but not essential as there are trains and taxis available.
