I have been staying here each time I come to Leicester and I have also been recommending my friends therefore you have good business on recommendation. However when I called up to request some coffee and some of your lovely cookies I was told by an older gentleman to come down and get it as he cannot leave the reception. I refused to come down and then he said he will bring it up and he did'nt. Little let down from my experience. Would I come again to stay at this hotel - yes but it would be nice to keep service consistant and 5* as its a lovely place. Thank you."
