"BEST hotel in Bangkok. It is 4.5 but could be 5 "
This is the third time I stay in this hotel and it never ceases to impress me the quality and professional service you always get (from the receptionist, waiter at restaurant, concierge, lobby and staff at the Spa)
Arrived earlier then checkin time but were greeted with welcome drinks whilst waiting for room.Concierge very helpful,staff all friendly.Room was big and comfortable.Amazing roof bar with view.Lovely pool and good gym but did not have time to use.Very good breakfast buffet.Located near big malls and shopping areas.Short taxi or tuktuk ride to main attractions.Flight was midnight so checked out but we're able to use spa facilities to shower and get ready before flight,very convenient.
A very beautiful boutique hotel at Siam area. Staff are professional and friendly, very willingly to help. Convenient location, just a few steps from the Bangkok Art and Cultural Centre. Would come again!
"Incredible Hotel, everything is walking distance"
I had an excellent stay at this hotel, the room and facilities were awesome! Spa and gym were very clean and inviting! Most of the things in Bangkok is only at walking distance, best malls and restaurants. This hotel is at a very convenient location. Right opposite the hotel was a very relaxing massage place, it was heaven! I went there every afternoon, highly recommended. The room was very comfortable, we were on the seventh floor, so we had some view of the outdoors. The staff were very helpful in every way. They told us the best places to visit, there room service was very efficient and they always ensured that the guest feels welcome and at home. I really enjoyed their hospitality. Their buffet breakfast was delicious, they have a variety of foods, a great way to start your day.
If I visit Bangkok again, I will surely book this hotel. Highly recommend this Hotel! I was sad to be leaving.
"Quality and friendly hotel close to Siam Paragon"
We initially booked this hotel due to its close proximity to Siam Paragon, which is the largest luxury shopping centre in Bangkok. The hotel was a 1 minute walk from the very convenient BTS station, and only a mere 1 stop away/30 second trip/15 baht (AUD$0.60) train fare, to the Siam station, Siam Paragon shopping centre.
Was excellent. Friendly staff able to accomodate for non-Thai speaking guests. Even clearly explained all the advantages of signing up as a IHG rewards club member - allowed us an earlier check-in and 2pm check out. Room cleaning even folded our clothing we had left out (wasn't much, but this wasn't expected).
We were lucky to be situated near the top floor. Room was adequately spacious and facilities were modern. Had a full shower (rather than the shower in the bath tub with a crappy curtain). Even had Bluetooth speaker/alarm clock which was handy.
Complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic
“Downtown” refers to a cluster of swanky entertainment and shopping complexes radiating out from Siam Square in the Puthumwan district. The square features everything from designer boutiques, to cafés, banks, and bookshops, and is across from other shopping centers such as Siam Discovery, Siam Center, and Paragon. Jim Thompson’s Thai House Museum is a must-see. The skytrain provides convenient access to all.
