Vie hotel is gorgeous! Very contemporary and modern facades. Located right next to a BTS. Only flaw is that the BTS has no lift nor escalator leading to ground level, which is a great difficulty for lugging luggage..
The room was spacious. Small details like a night light was automatically turned on when the master switch is off. Air con was still too cold despite turning it to low speed n 26 deg Celsius.
The beds are extremely comfortable. There's like a few choices of pillow for different needs.
Everything abt the toilet is great except shower temp has to b adjusted manually without any indication of the temp. Hot n cold labels are not obvious. I have to guess which knob is hot n which is cold.
Int'l buffet is tasty. Except we r not allowed to toast up our croissants? Like why not?
There's protein shake on one of the days. Which is awesome!
Great service n everyone is friendly. Except we didn't get to use the tuk tuk service at all. One ask me to call b4 coming to lobby, so that I don't need to wait too long for a tuk tuk. So on the second day I did just that but was told that the tuk tuk service is first come first serve basis. Can't make reservation. So confusing...
Overall was still a good stay.
It was a really pleasant hotel. A boutique hotel that served as our sanctuary amidst the Pratunam rush. I can imagine the room to be great for honeymooners and would definitely plan on staying there again when in Bangkok.
Very close to MBK and right next to national stadium bts.
Room was clean and their cleaning staff did a fantastic job on cleaning up our mess. Bathroom was awesome and the reception staff were helpful.
Definitely enjoyed our stay.
We were only here for a night before flying back home. I booked this hotel because it is close to the BTS station as well as close Action Zone, a Muay Thai shop where we picked up a bunch of stuff to bring back home. The timing of us booking this hotel was rather bad. The Bangkok bomb went off the night before we arrived (from Chiang Mai), and it went off only 3 km from this hotel. When we arrived, the hotel staff made sure to tell us about the bomb and what was going on. They told us to not go to tourist populated area's just incase more stuff was to happen. The hotel itself isn't near very many restaurants (That we could find in the one day we were here), but we walked to the Tesco a 10 minute walk away, and ate cheap meals at their food court. We were the only foreigners at that food court so everyone was giving us funny looks (and you need a gift card type thing to order food as none of the places accept cash). The hotel room was awesome, most comfortable bed we had the entire 4 weeks we were in Thailand. The pool looked really beautiful, with low ceiling that kind of just made it even prettier, although we didn't have time to go for a swim. Free breakfast. Also free coffee, and tea in the restaurant all day long, and they would give us free lychee nuts every time we sat down in the restaurant area. When we arrived at the hotel they sat us down and gave us free orange juice and lychee nuts as well.
Hotel was very comfortable. Hotel was difficult to find by taxi driver, but is very close to the BTW station for travel to the airport. Close to food places and shopping areas. Convenient to walking areas.
This hotel is a gem in Pratunam area. It is located in the busy shopping heaven of Pratunam but the surrounding is very quiet compare with other hotel because it is not facing main street. Room is very cozy and the hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. By the way, is my second stay already.
“Downtown” refers to a cluster of swanky entertainment and shopping complexes radiating out from Siam Square in the Puthumwan district. The square features everything from designer boutiques, to cafés, banks, and bookshops, and is across from other shopping centers such as Siam Discovery, Siam Center, and Paragon. Jim Thompson’s Thai House Museum is a must-see. The skytrain provides convenient access to all.
