We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Loved how close to cruise port it was. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable.

Our room was large by Japanese standards, hotel breakfast was very good and fantastic location. We loved our stay here

We were extremely well received at the Executive reception. The view of the Skytree from our room was wonderful. The view from the Exec Lounge was even beter and the service was first class. The room was lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was good and as we were leaving early on the Wednesday they left us a lovely selection of buns and croissants for the trip to the airport. This is an excellent hotel.

Excellent transport links to anywhere in Tokyo, lovely walk by Sumida River to all the local parks, temples , restaurants and shops. Staff were sp courteous, polite and very helpful. Also really enjoyed the shared lounge space.

We stayed in a junior suite as we were a family of 3 - I can highly recommend this option as we had a huge room on the 20th floor (2023) with fabulous views of the Tokyo tower and skyline, two king size beds and a single, plus a living room / dining area and small kitchen space. Absolutely brilliant stay in Tokyo - the surrounding area is great with plenty of food and drink options. Not very touristy, and sitting in Shiba Park on an evening is a great way to wind down a day. The rest of Tokyo is easily accessible with nearby Metro Stops and further access through Hamamatsucho Station. Cannot reccomend enough!

Recently decorated clean hotel, although I was in quaranteen for 14 days the experience was very pleasent. Staff were eager to please. A shoping centre was 50m from the hotel with plenty dining options and take aways. Breakfast was satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located in a really good spot right next to the station and the staff were very friendly! The rooms were maintained very well and the housekeeping was done well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. Cleaning was scheduled using your TV which enabled you to request no cleaning/ eco cleaning and a full clean of your room, all of which could be requested up to 9am the same day, which is a fantastic service.
