"It’s a business hotel so the rooms are small of course, but the room was clean and the staff were helpful. Very convenient that you can forward your luggage through the hotel. I was disappointed the pool was closed seeing as how it’s an indoor pool and it was mid September (still almost 30 degrees every day) but the bath house was AMAZING"

"Location is great and quiet with a train station very close to the hotel. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The room was small but perfect for one person, with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and excellent water pressure. I experienced racism during my stay, and when I tried to explain the situation to the manager on duty, she didn’t understand one thing - she did was nod, without offering any real response or support and this was on my birthday too! All staff I encountered were unkind, unwelcoming, and, just plain mean. The only staff member who was genuinely kind was a housekeeping lady who helped me without huffing and puffing or making me feel like I was a burden."
