Cannot say enough good things about REI Kichijoji. The breakfast alone is worth the stay. If i am fortunate enough to return to Tokyo, i will stay here again. Kichijoji is such a great area.

Can’t beat this hotel for its convenient location to public transport, dining and shopping. The rooms are small but very reasonably priced. If you are looking for a basic clean room in a an excellent location this is it!

When we checked in, the staff were very friendly and took really good care of us. They were even making our stay very smooth. All their staffs are very friendly and when my wife got sick during our stay, they even let us borrow the ice pillows!! It was absolutely unexpected offer and hospitality from the hotel. The location is fantastic and very easy access to the station or anywhere in the area! I strongly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel to explore your stay in Tokyo!

This hotel has a great location. Staff are very helpful and want to help with any request. Very clean, interesting room cleaning options that one can choose. With free breakfast vouchers , we were there everyday for 5 days. It was always the same , but a great variety. We did lunch twice, I had the pasta of the day , unfortunately it didn’t seen this changed from carbonara on any day .

This is a great hotel for staying around Kichijoji -- which has a great variety of shopping, restaurants and even a nice park with a large pond -- or even for Tokyo in general as it is only a 10/15-minute train ride from Shinjuku. It is super close to Kichijoji station (like 2 minutes). It's also close to Inokashira Koen (Park). The rooms are clean and quiet, if rather small -- that's standard in Japan. We often stay here and would recommend it.

Staff. My room had a bad smell from bath room so I mentioned it at the front desk. They were apologetic and asked my permission to enter the room when I was out. While I was out for a few hours they fixed the issue and made my room comfortable. Not many hotel staff are prompt and act quickly

The room was very small. 2 beds filled the room. Not even space to open our luggage, we had to put the luggage on the beds to open them and set them on the floor to sleep. There's no drawers either. The room was very quiet considering it faced the train station and a major road.
