All good. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast tasty. Staff very welcome

Clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming. Really nice decor. Coffee machine. Air-conditioned/heating unit in room!

Thank you for an amazing stay, very comfortable bed, all clean and quiet, just what we needed. great breakfast was served directly to our cabin. highly recommended.

Nice purpose built building next to pub, room very hot, bed a little uncomfortable, double glazed windows would stop road noise. Would stay again.

Best room in Brighton,nice staff

Easy, clean and staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good. I’d stay again!

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room came with a side sea view and was decorated to a high standard and had a new shower room. Communal areas and the exterior are in need of refurbishment, but don’t be put off staying here as it’s a great hotel and breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. Hotel is a short walk from pier, shops and restaurants and Coastliner bus stop is outside with frequent buses to Brighton.

A great hotel, let down by the food. The eoom was lovely. A fantastic bathtoom with a shower to die for. The staff were all lovely. The only let down was the food . My starter scallops were not fully cooked and the aauce gritty., and the ateak jyst meio

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, parking in the area was difficult though but that's Brighton

Loved our stay! Staff was so friendly and kind, room was beautiful!

NCP parking opposite - ask hotel for a discount code as a waitress told us one was available (but we had used the train so didn't enquire any further) Spacious modern rooms, comfy beds, very nice bathroom with a fab, huge walk in shower. Only thing missing was a fridge / minibar, which would have been handy to keep our drinks cool but a bucket of ice from the bar did the trick. Breakfast was...
