Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). Upon check-in I had a banging headache from the flight and my 6 month old needed feeding. My wife breast feeds her so we were stuck without a room and absolutely shattered from our journey. This is the second time I have stayed at the Towers Rotana hotel. It is well positioned, just 200 meters from the metro that will take you to all the places to see. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms, although expensive compared to hotels out of the main town area, are clean, quiet and ideal. We did not have breakfast this time as we thought it quiet expensive. The only down comment we can make is the allowed smoking in Long's Bar.This drifts up into the lobby and especially...

Very close to the metro, malls, restaurants, not far from the beaches, burj khalifa and burj al Arab. The rooms are very clean and hotel has onsite parking. The staff are always cheerful, help and make the experience even better

Situated in a good location with shops nearby the Burj khalifa and Dubai mall only down the road. The metro is right outside the hotel and east to use. The staff are so friendly and polite and the condition of the hotel is exceptional. I can’t think of any downside to this hotel!

Fantastic hotel! Can not fault anything.... breakfast was the best we’ve ever had & top end restaurants. We ate in OKKU, a Japanese restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed. 5 minutes Walk to the metro stop at the World Trade Centre or used Uber. Would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be going back. Loved Dubai❤️

We arrived at 4am in the morning and were received well by reception staff particularly Bassam who smiled throughout. They listened to our requests and even when they couldn’t meet the request immediately, it was noted to be addressed. We were acknowledged on arrival and departure each day , doors held open if we exited a cat and all the small details that can be found in a first class hotel. I am back home and already making recommendations. All in all, excellent stay for us.

Quick check in and out. Tidy place.good location for road and metro. Unfortunately despite the room description saying a single sofa bed was available in the room, when we asked they said an extra bed would be charged. And no-one called back to explain why sofa bed was not available

Nice clean spacious appartment hotel. Conviniently located near Dubai Business bay metrostation.Close to Dubai mall and Burj khalifa and downtown.Free shuttle to Dubai mall and Sea beach. Very friendly staff.Good breakfast. Gym ,sauna and steam bath and rooftop swimming pool with view of Burj Khalifa.
