9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,629 reviews)
Really lovely experience staying at the Shangri-La Dubai. The hotel is fantastic, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was so helpful, welcoming and genuinely lovely throughout our stay.
A special mention to Khodorahm and Waqas on the front of house, who were both absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made us feel so welcome.
Would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thank you for making our stay such a positive experience!

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai! 🌟 The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room had fabulous views across the city, including the spectacular Museum of the Future, which made our stay extra special. Having a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room was also a real bonus! We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. 😊
