And lastly, I would also like to highlight an incident that both my husband and I witnessed, where one guest verbally abused and degraded two male concierge staff members on Thursday, 8 January, at around 1:45 pm. Your staff remained professionally patient at all times and did their utmost to calm the guest, even while being shouted at. They did not argue or retaliate, but instead absorbed the situation with dignity to protect the hotel’s brand and reputation.
