We had 5 nights at this gorgeous hotel. Everything about it was good, staff and owners, food excellent, the rooms spot on. Village centre minutes away and very pleasant. We would highly recommend a stay, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful room with all that I needed for my overnight stay. I dined in the restaurant, and had breakfast, and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend the Belland Crown.

We stayed here 2 nights whilst visiting the area, what a great find. The accommodation is in a separate building set behind the pub in the beer garden..the room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom. We had our evening meals in the pub and also breakfast, what fantastic food, 10/10 and the service from the owners and their team was first class. Thankyou. Nog Inn..

Honestly this was the MOST perfect stay for a new forest adventure. i cannot tell you how special this place is you just need to go an experience it for yourself. Special shout out to ALL the staff, they were just as perfect as the room was. thank you thank you thank you. it was a dream.

Really enjoyed staying at Thorpe Farm, Sandle Heath, quiet country surroundings with just the cows and woodpeckers sounds to wake up to. Comfy bed, spacious en-suite room, delicious breakfast and thoughtful kind host. Couldn’t ask for more- hope to stay again soon and recommend unreservedly- thank you

Fantastic one might stay for a wedding. Huge room and bathroom, tea and coffee and Tv in the room. Super clean and friendly owner. Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked along with cereals and fruit. Parking on site and easy walking to the town. Will definitely go back.

Our weekend was set for some truffle hunting and we chose Munden House as our base. We were given the Dairy cottage which was warm and cute. Although we didn't make as much use of the place as we'd like to have, it was wonderfully cosy. The bedding was perfect for a luxury sleep. And the couple that run the hotel are charming and delightful to chat to. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay, room 1 was fantastic. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and a sofa was a bonus. Great bath, one thing to note may be the addition of a shower curtain, we managed to soak the floor every time we used it. Water and orange juice was a nice touch and filtered coffee was tasty. We did feel the stairs were very deep and the additional of another hand rail may be something to consider. Lovely dark room and we slept so well. Had a wonderful stay (4 nights in the Stables). The Inn is set in beautiful countryside, and I loved the quaintness of the building, lots of different areas to sit in to eat or have a drink, and a nice covered seating area outside. The room was very comfortable, and the water pressure for the bath was great. Food was superb, the best I've had in a pub (a step above what I'd call 'pub food'). Most enjoyable stay in a lovely part of England. The 'Crown's' Staff were absolutely superb, the food was very good and the 'Inn's position was very convenient to visit many places of interest in that area. I have no hesitation in recommending the 'Crown' to my friends and relations.

A lovely stay at the Pembroke Arms. There was plenty of free parking to the rear of the Inn. Reception was efficient and friendly. Our room - two double beds so for four people - was large and comfortable with lovely touches like TeaPig teas and ground coffee. The room itself was quite cold but reception turned the heating up for us and it was a really cold day so no complaints.
