"Had trouble maintaining a comfortable room temperature either too hot or cold. Lack of refrigerator and safe in room was a negative."

"It was great for the price. The room did the job though it was old and worn and the shower didn’t work but I had a nice bath instead."

"The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble. Clean and tidy. Excellent room, But if you want air conditioning you need to pay a premium for it. I was able to charge my mobility scooter inside the function room. Lovely swimming pool and not cold either. Will definitely stay there again"

"I imagine this hotel is wonderful in the Summer but it was absolutely freezing, the heating wasn't even turned on in the building, there was no extra blanket or duvet in the room provided. When I told reception the next day I got blamed for not saying beforehand but wasn't told that customer service was 24/7 when I checked in? Other than that breakfast was average, room was clean bathroom tiny"
