"Lovely - if quirky - property and grounds, much loved and well cared for. All the necessary equipment is provided, plus some additional (and tasty!) welcome items. Nicole and Steve, who look after the place, are delightful folk.Pubs, chip shops, Chinese takeaways are all within a short drive. The cottage is well placed for exploring both the New Forest and Dorset, but we'd also recommend the nearby Moors Valley Country Park. "A cute property. A lot smaller than we imagined it would be but okay for two people for a couple of nights. A couple of things could’ve been improved - the freezer section in the fridge was completely iced up which made it tricky to put our frozen supplies in and the bottom tray on fridge door was missing so milk had to lay on top of food. The inside edges of the shower cubicle were a bit mucky! The back door was difficult to shut and the tv remote didn’t work. All minor inconveniences though...
