The whole experience was wonderful. The pool, although cold was well used, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The little private pub was a hit, along with the games room. A beautiful venue for special ocasions. Comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and helpful hosts. Altogether amazing.

Such a pretty location will definitely visit again
Lovely setting and gardens, architecture and views? Also good pubs and shops. Museum and theatre.
The museum on Gold Hill was interesting and had very helpful and friendly staff. Not much else to see in town though...
Nice little town on the hill but this cottage is actually just south of there in Fontmell Magna, which is a quintessential English village complete with thatched houses, pub and shop. About 45 min from the sea at Studland Bay and Lulworth Cove.
