"Very clean and efficient -great place to stay if wanting to be close to the airport for early morning flight/arriving late - we stayed as we wanted to watch the planes fly in and out of Gatwick."

We were on the fifth floor, so we had to make the tedious climb up and down to our room. The hotel did not even offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. It was only after we asked for a complimentary something that they offered one day free breakfast. The water pressure of the toilet in the room was very low, so flushing did not work well. "

"Stayed for one night to catch an early morni g flight. We chose the hotel as the shuttle means it is only a 10 minute ride to the airport. Hotel is clean and very comfortable and good value for money. Very friendly staff too."
