Hotel is only a short walk from Sendai station and surrounding is quiet with close proximity to a convenience store. Only complaint is the ventilation at night. Lobby was very pretty, staff were super helpful and polite, elevator and corridors were clean and nice, and the room itself was exactly as pictured. The bathroom was clean, room was bright, and there was even a humidifier in the room. I was also able to store my luggage at the property before check-in time when I showed up early, and after my check-out so that I could go grab lunch before leaving the city. The location is very close by as well – from the closest exit from Sendai Station, it's just straight for a block or so, and then you turn right for another few blocks, all on main streets. (Just make sure you go to the front door - the path should be very straight forward. For whatever reason when I first showed up, Google Maps took me to the back alley where the parking lot was which made it a bit more of a walk through some small streets, but I realized afterward that this was an error and the front door is very easy to access from the station.) Lots of convenience stores nearby, malls, restaurants, etc. – no complaints!
