"部屋がとても臭かった。 チェックインですごい時間がかかったのに、渡されたカードキーで言われた部屋を開けようとしたら開かず。 開かないと確認したら部屋が違うと言われた。 言われた部屋にいきカードキーをかざしたら開いたが、開いたら部屋に人がいた。 お互いにびっくりし、申し訳ありません。と謝りまた、フロントへ行きました。 最初に案内された部屋であっていたようですが、カードキーを間違えていたようです。 中に知らない人がいたから開けてすぐわかったが、誰も居なかったら部屋の中まで入っていたかもしれません。チェックインだけで何往復もしました。間違えないでください。部屋番号とカードキー。 "
