Staff does not seem interested in helping nor interacting with customers. Not only did we have a not-so-great check in experience, we have to walk by the front desk each time we leave/enter the hotel and not once has anyone made eye contact, said hello, etc. And it’s not just us, I saw it with other guests too.
I went to the front desk to ask a question and (different than check in staff I dealt with) like my previous interaction, the staff person seemed uninterested. It’s the best way to describe it. Neither friendly nor unfriendly, simply apathetic.
I love the sequoia trees outside our window, that’s a positive.
