"I would like to say that the young man working the front desk on the weekend night shift really went above and beyond. My television was not working during my stay which wasn't a big issue to me as I am not a big TV viewer. However, there is a one hour program I regularly watch on PBS on Sunday evening. When I mentioned this, he was so gracious and said he didn't want me to miss it. He made arrangements for me to view it in a different room. Yahoo! The entire staff were just excellent. Thank you for sharing your beautiful facility."

The apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with great attention to detail, and it creates a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.The equipment, especially in the kitchen, was excellent. From my point of view, everything one might need was available, which made the stay even more enjoyable.Please allow me one small remark, which is not meant as criticism, but rather as a friendly suggestion: since you knew that we were traveling from Germany, I would have found it a thoughtful gesture if, for example, a small bottle of water had been provided upon arrival. "We loved staying in this sweet cottage!Mary,the host was very kind and welcoming. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and the bathroom had loads of thick towels and toiletries if you didn't bring your own. Bed was comfy,as well as the couch for reading and relaxing. It was nice having the ability to stream our Netflix too and love having secured internet and laundry machines!All in all, a lovely,light filled cozy cottage in a walkable neighborhood with a wonderful host nearby! We are returning!"

"House is immaculate. Extremely well organized, everything in good working order, property management was extremely responsive. We had a brief power outage due to high wind storm, and the neighbor who shares power with this house came over and put on the generator which powered the entire house. Power was only off for about an hour, and the neighbor helped get things back running again. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality. The hot tub was amazing. The game room kept us having fun the entire time. Thanks so much for a great experience. "

As it happens, we had no need to ask them for help, since the property was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. This rental is located in close proximity to a beautiful park, with well-kept walking paths, and is also walking distance to the center of the charming town of Sebastopol. We couldn't have asked for a better venue."
