"The apartment was clean and well thought out to the needs of guests. It was light, fresh and airy. It had everything you would need on a stay there. The location was great and had an easy route to the town/beach. Also it was a very quiet area. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again. Thank you."

"Very clean, David couldn’t have been more helpful and it was in a lovely area"

"Lovely comfortable flat with lovely seaside decor. Amazing view of the sea. Close to everything you need. Parking is tight but they do warn you of this, so it wasn’t a surprise. There is some noise from the road as there are traffic lights outside the bedroom window and it’s near the theatre so some noise from there. But it did not affect our long weekend break and we had a wonderful time and would go back."

"Das Hotelpersonal war ausgezeichnet, aber Bell Villa hatte das Hotel nicht gebucht, daher mussten wir es über das Hotel neu buchen. Glücklicherweise war noch ein Zimmer frei. Ich bin sehr verärgert über Bell Villa."

"The host has a really good job on restoring the property which was modern, very clean, well heated, with a very comfortable bed. "

"Everything was perfect, this is a lively retreat and standards are extremely high"

"This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. "Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though."

"Roof leaked in the corridor Impossible to get a VAT invoice from the hotel Large stains in the communal bar carpet Outdated and tired. £7.90 per pint of ale"

"The property is an amazing old building right in the centre of town, opposite the fossil museum and a very short walk to the beach As others have mentioned it is directly above a burger restaurant, which didn’t pose an issue other than an overwhelming smell of old cooking fat in the communal entrance although isnt noticeable upstairs in the apartment The place was perfectly clean but the sofa has seen better days and the main bed was very uncomfortable. The biggest issue we had was the noise...

"Location is everything for this property, right on Broad Street, next to the shops and an easy walk to the beach. For this we found it perfect. However the property itself could do with some TLC. The steps leading up to the property are shared but are not the greatest first impression. All it would take is a good sweep and tidy up. The bedrooms are spacious but so hot as we couldn’t seem to open the windows. The week we were there the temperatures were between 20-25 degrees, much less than the...

"Superb flat with amazing views in possibly the best location in Lyme Regis! Small but well thought out flat, only downside was it is above a fish restaurant and was a bit smelly due to this."
