"Absolutely gorgeous stay, room was immaculately clean and super modern with great facilities amd very spacious. Bathroom was equally spacious and shower was the best we've had at a hotel! Restaurant was beautiful and very reasonable price and massive portions! The grounds are beautifully kept, leaving my partner envious of their lawns! Safe to say we'll definitely be back!"

"The welcome when I arrived at the Mercure was so lovely. The staff who checked me in, an earlier let me drop my bag were so friendly and accomodating which was so appreciated after I'd had at a different venue the previous night. The room was so comfortable and I had such a great night sleep. "

"Only the one night, but we'd happily stay there again. Handy location with plenty of dining options a short drive away. Free on site parking is a great boon too. Two minor issues. The hot water wasn't all that hot- but acceptable. An d the radiator seemed to go off and on on a timer? Some steps at the entrance to lug my wife's anvil laden suit case up, and some rooms have 3-4 stairs to manage once you're at your floor. There's a beautiful patio overlooking the water too. On site bar and restuarant, didn't use them so no comment. "
