"Great place near the beach shops pubs all in walking distance "

"Had a great stay but the set up for using spa area and pool is very poor for hotel guests , been going here for 5 years now and always enjoyed using hot tub etc now it’s 2 hr slots Had to book spa day and when time was up tried to pay for another 2 hrs but told fully booked even though place only had 12 people using , will find new place to go next year as only good for 1 night now unless u wish to pay extra £300 for spa day "

"Family room was in an outside courtyard that was also used for storage, so not very pretty area. Room was very cold at night and told that heating was on a timer. Got an oil filled heater which didnt make much impact. Room was clean enough but dark due to its kocation. Radiators were on in the morning !!!!. Staff very pleasant, breakfast was excellent served in a nice room overlooking the seafront. "

"DO NOT BOOK This not fit to be classed as a B&B. Place was disgusting smell as you walked into the place was vile. Smell of urine, Not clean at all. The owner should be ashamed to con people to book here and take money. I could not even sleep in place. Arrived and immediately left. "

"I and a work colleague had a room each We arranged to meet to eat at 5pm Only to be told that there were no tables free We had to go to Ayr I’ve stayed several times before and was extremely disappointed "
