"I have little good to say about my stay. It was during my birthday and I thaught it would be pleasant. Once I checked I was informed of last minute modifications. My double room was changed to disabled. The best thing about it was leaving it that night as there were hairs all over the bed and linen was not cleaned properly. I had to be changed two rooms since it had the same issue. Staff were kind but I felt forgotten about the second night. I was provided a free breakfast but I felt I deserved a better room as I got a downgraded one(a bed with less hairs.)"

"Do not get put in rm 237. The pool pump keeps you awake all night and to make it worse recemption knows about it ???? Forget the bar for meals. I was forgotten the first night, over an hour for fish and chips and onky got them because i went back up to the bar and asked where it was. Second night they did the same to someone else but got meal wrong as well. He asked for his money back. But they then tried to give me his dinner that had sat on the bar for 5 mins. I hadnt even sat down when they tried to serve it me. The barstaff even argued with me whrn i refused it. Fawlty towers. I got a garage sandwich the next night to be safe ! The hotel room was great when i got moved. Very comfortable and gym, pool etc great. With nice staff. "

"Hotel was very handy for an early flight the next morning. About a 5-10 min walk. Unfortunately we hadn't time for breakfast but I'm sure it would also have been excellent."

"Simple in concept and it just works, located inside the terminal adjacent to departures so you have access to anything you need inside The Terminal. Rooms is small of course but well laid out, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful"

"Check in ok , but staff not that welcoming , maybe more training required . Room ok , air con noisy and plumbing bit adhoc , but shower good once working . Breakfast good , Will stay again but needs more customer interaction on arrival and departure ! No one at desk "
